Number Nine
They got their start in the basement of the Old Town School of Folk Music performing with the OTS Beatles Ensemble. Taking their name from the infamous Beatles/Lennon song, they started off as strictly a Beatles cover band, but their musicality soon led them to their own compositions in the style of Alternative Rock, British Invasion, New Wave, Power Pop and Rockabilly.
A great overview of Zen Dozer’s local bands and DIYWHFO philosophy. You can hear musicians guesting on various tracks, helping each other take those songs higher in vision and quality.
Tight harmonies and driving rock rhythms energize this collection of originals from rock ensemble Number Nine.
Number Nine creatively brings new life to Beatles favorites with arrangements for their eight piece band.
